Hi, I'm Sophie.

A qualified and insured Level 3 & 4 (ITEC & VTCT) massage therapist in Sherwood, Nottingham and specialising in women’s massage. My treatments are personalised, effective and delivered in a calm, welcoming space where your needs come first.

My background as a professional dancer sparked my passion for massage after experiencing its benefits firsthand from injury prevention to rehabilitation to relaxation. I now work 1–2–1 from my dedicated treatment room using natural, high-quality oils to support holistic wellbeing.
