Hi, I'm Sophie.

A qualified and insured Level 3 and Level 4 (ITEC & VTCT) massage therapist treating women, specialising in a variety of massage techniques in Nottingham. My treatments are personalised and impactful and I create a warm and welcoming environment where your needs come first. I love working 1-2-1 with clients and find it deeply rewarding.

I have always been fascinated by the body and have been a professional dancer and teacher for over a decade. Massage has been a key aspect in the longevity of my dance career, both in the prevention of injury, treatment of tension and pain and in my knee surgery rehabilitation. It was these experiences that led me to train as a massage therapist as I experienced first-hand the incredible benefits it offers.

I work solely from my treatment room in Sherwood, Nottingham. It is a relaxing and calm space carefully curated to make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. I use high quality, natural oils which reflects my passion for integrated and holistic health and wellbeing.
